Upon inspection this afternoon we found the fields at Butler Park to be still very very wet so HR junior cricket this Saturday is cancelled again.
Grand Final and Presentations are next Sat 4 March. In the junior Division, Finals will be 1. Hurricanes V 2. Heat and 3. Renegades V 4. Scorchers.
In the Colts Division Finals will be 1.Thunder V 2. Sixers and 3. Strikers V 4. Stars. Presentations will follow the Finals at Butler Park from 11.30am. Parents, Grandparents, family members, friends and Life members are cordially invited to attend. And if you are interested in sponsoring a trophy or two, donations will be gladly accepted. Just pass these on to a committee member... And this week coming will be our last for training.
Also, if you are travelling to Home Hill for rep games on the bus on Sunday or can't make it for whatever reason please let Steve Carrara know asap via email - stevencarrara1@bigpond.com. For those going on the bus, please assemble outside the Kelly Theatre by 5.45am Sunday morning. Please be there on time or you might miss the bus...The bus should be back by 6.00pm that afternoon. The bus will cost $25 pp. if you have 3 people or more then $20 each. Please have the right money with you as you board the bus...Kids need to bring their cricket whites, hats, water bottle, lunch or lunch money and cricket gear they need. We will be taking kits with gear as well. Some matches willbe on turf but spikes are not necessary. If you are travelling by car, then matches will be at the Home Hill racecourse/Cricket fields at the southern end of town(left side) and starting at 9.00am.
